Q. What are the opening and closing times
12 noon to 10.00 pm

Q. Is food and drink available at the festival?
Yes, we are working with some of the best food and drink vendors in the UK for 80sFest 2019 with new vendors for 2019. Prices have been considered to help make sure that we can all enjoy the festival.

Q. Can I bring my own food and drink into the festival site?
No food or drink can be brought onto the festival site. There will be a wide variety of food stalls onsite offering a great range including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. There are two large bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years to purchase alcohol and the bars will run a Challenge 21 policy – ID may be required.

People with medical conditions such as diabetes, food allergies and intolerances should fill in the contact form at the bottom of the home page.  

Q. Are there CASH MACHINES on the festival site?
There will be NO Cash Machines on site.

Q. How many people are you expecting?
We are licensed for up to 3,000 people  which will make for an amazing atmosphere.

Q. Can we pay at the gate on the day?
No this year we are planning a ticket only festival.

Q. What is the best way to travel to 80sFest 2019?
We highly recommend the use of public transport. 

Q. Are children allowed to come to the festival?
Yes. under 18s must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a paying adult.

Q. Where can I stay during the festival?
Although there are no hotels within walking distance of the festival there are several nearby which are either on bus routes or close enough to travel to the site by taxi.
Q. Can I camp at 80sFest 2019?
No. There is no camping on site.

Q. Are camping/folding chairs allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but there is a 15m radius of the stage where camping/folding chairs are strictly off limits.

Q. Are umbrellas allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but only small umbrellas that fold down to fit in a handbag. Strictly nothing larger like golf, fishing umbrellas or parasols.

Q. Are gazebos allowed onto the festival site?
No gazebos of any shape or form can be brought onto the site.

Q. Is there anything I can’t bring into the festival site with me?

Q. I’ve lost my tickets, what should I do?

Q. I don’t have a printer at home. How can I print my tickets?
Most libraries have printing facilities available. We recommend printing a spare copy of your ticket just in case you lose or damage the first copy.

Q. Do you have disabled access?
Yes, our new venue is disabled friendly with access, dedicated parking and toilet facilities.  There is also lift access to our VIP area.  If you would like to book a disabled car parking space please contact us via the contact form on the home page.

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL?

No food or drink as above.  No tents or gazebos of any size.  No fireworks, lasers, barbecues, offensive weapons.  NO DRUGS - bag searches will be in operation.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for a full list here

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?

This year the event will be a ticket only event.  There are no plans for any sales on the gates on the day.


Tickets bought online will be etickets sold via our ticketing platform and delivered to your email address to print off.
